Avid knitter Jean of Charrington Manor Care Home was amazed when she won the top prize in an ‘Artist of the Year’ competition.

Jean, aged 90, entered her beautiful knitted hat in the Road World for Seniors event, which usually sees the nonagenarian cycling on famous routes.
