There’s nothing like great company and superb food to create the ultimate foodie experience. Residents at Nesbit House were lucky enough to have both in abundance when they sat down to a fine dining evening at their luxury home.
Wellbeing Coach Iestyn Gadd said:
“We wanted to offer our residents a very luxurious dining experience, especially as so many are huge foodies. Our chef put on an evening of exceptional elegance and sophistication and incredible food presentation and service. This was hugely upscaled and felt like a very high-end event.”
As well as every plate looking beautiful – residents could rest assured that only the freshest and healthiest ingredients were used.
The gourmet menu included seafood chowder, braised beef short rib with Roquefort and an incredible lemon souffle.
Chef Aneil had prepared the meal, with each dish carefully prepared with the ultimate fine dining menu in mind. He said:
“Food is truly the way to a person’s heart, and it gives me great pleasure to know everyone enjoyed the meal. It was a lovely evening. However, every day the team and I aim to create a unique dining experience for our residents, ensuring that the food is good, but also that every meal time is pleasurable.”
Resident Josephine said:
“It was not just good food, but exquisite food!”
Fellow resident Albert added:
“The beef was lovely and tender! Just fell apart!”
And everyone agreed the souffle was the perfect end to a fantastic meal.
