The dedicated team at Cofton Park Manor celebrated their top ranking in a prestigious national awards scheme with a fabulous party on Employee Appreciation Day.
As well as being thanked for their work on the day, they also found out they had been recognised as one of the Top 20 Care Homes in the West Midlands for the second year in a row in the carehome.co.uk awards.
Cofton Park Manor Community Relations Manager Wendy Sibley said: “It has been incredible. We were all set to celebrate Employee Appreciation Day with a party, and then we discovered that our beautiful home had been ranked in the top 20 of the awards.
“The party suddenly got even better, and we had double the celebration.”
The annual Care Home Awards 2025 recognises 20 of the top-rated Care Homes in each region of the UK based on reviews from residents or service users and their family or friends.
Wendy added: “It’s a huge credit to our team that we have been ranked in the top 20 for our region, and we are very proud.
“Everyone works so hard, and Employee Appreciation Day is a chance for us to step back and say thank you. We believe our team members are amazing.
“It’s been lovely that the awards and the appreciation day have coincided because it made our day more meaningful.
