I was lucky enough to join the Hamberley team in my current role at the very beginning in 2018. It has been amazing to see the company grow from just one home back then to where we are today.

I have worked in the care industry for just over 15 years now, in both marketing and sales roles for Quantum Care and Sanctuary Care prior to this.

To have a clear vision of your goals as a team, and to work closely with those around you. I am fortunate to have wonderful colleagues who come with a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. I think it is also important to keep learning - the marketing landscape is ever-changing, and it is important to keep your finger on the pulse.
My biggest female role model is my mum. She worked as a carer for over 20 years, and with so much dedication and commitment to the residents in her care. She certainly inspires me to give the same level of commitment in everything that I do.
There are never enough hours in the day, but it is certainly important to have a balance to be productive. I love spending time with my partner Neil and family, and we have a very energetic cockapoo who certainly keeps us busy!
