Cofton Park Manor staff got a big vote of thanks when residents and their families celebrated Staff Appreciation Day.
The day was a chance to say a big thank you to the dedicated team who work so hard to provide the very best care for all the residents – and families – at the friendly home.
The talented kitchen staff team – or Angels as they are nicknamed – presented a delicious buffet for everyone to celebrate ‘Appreciation Day.’
And every team member was given a lovely goodie bag full of treats.
Cofton Park Manor Community Relations Lead Wendy Sibley said: “Everyone likes to say thank you, it makes us feel good. It’s also lovely that the day is enjoyable for residents as well as staff.
“We have just scored a top 20 in the Care Home Awards 2024, which means we are one of the top 20 rated care homes in the West Midlands – all based on reviews published on carehome.co.uk by residents, family and friends.
“Thank you to everyone who voted and a huge thanks to the team who are committed to the work we do here at Cofton.”
The Care Home awards are based on the home review score as of 31 January 2024, which is calculated using a combination of number of reviews and the average ratings received.
