A group of local firefighters were given a warm welcome by the team at Brookwater House when they were called to a mock emergency.
Fire tests are an important part of health and safety to ensure everything runs smoothly in the event of a real emergency.
And business administrator Sue, pictured, couldn’t wait to take the opportunity to have her photograph taken with the brave firefighters from the Carterhatch Lane fire station.
Regional Community Relations Lead, Robert Banks, said: “It’s very important that we run these tests regularly.
“The fire crews at Enfield always treat this very professionally. However, it is always a good chance to meet the team and build strong relationships in the community.”
Brookwater House welcomed its new team members earlier this summer and has created more than 100 local jobs.
Home Manager, Daniela Danciulescu, has worked in healthcare and nursing for the last 33 years and says she wouldn’t want to do anything else.
She said: “We have an incredible team here who are passionate about their work caring for others. We are looking forward to seeing this wonderful building become a warm and inviting home to our residents and their families.”
Regional Community Relations Lead, Robert Banks, added: “Everyone here feels very privileged to work in such a beautiful area. We’re keen to do our very best to support our local community.”
