The craft group got busy creating the stunning floral items this week in tribute to those in the armed forces who have served defending our freedoms and democratic way of life.
Remembrance also pays respects to those in our emergency services who have worked to protect people throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
The group, who were joined by most residents, also created Remembrance wreaths for the reception and lounges at Upton.
The art works will be displayed at the Poole care home in advance of Remembrance Sunday on November 13.
Upton Manor Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coach Amy Morrison said everyone put their heart and soul into making the very special pieces of art.
She said: “All residents enjoyed being involved with creating the poppies, reminiscing, and we even started singing some traditional wartime songs.”
