The deal, for an undisclosed amount, marks the group's second acquisition in Scotland in the last 12 months. Newton House in Glasgow is set to open its doors to the public this spring and recently enjoyed a glowing report from local MP Paul Masterton and MSP Jackson Carlaw during a VIP visit.
Abbotsford House Luxury Suites, in Milngavie features 45 luxury care suites and offers 24 hour residential, nursing and dementia care.
The service is currently rated as 'Very Good' by the Care Inspectorate and enjoys a number of positive online reviews from residents and their family members.
The state of the art building also includes a café, hair salon, full cinema, four luxury restaurants, four elegant lounges, a putting green and a roof terrace.

Outgoing owner Paul Sokhi said "I am delighted to announce that Morrison Community Care (Milngavie) Holdco Limited was today sold to Hamberley Development Limited."
