The weekly care fee set out in the resident contract will not be increased in April 2025;
The first increase will be effective from April 2026 onwards other than any increase required due to a change in care needs.
To the extent there is an increase due to a change in needs then any such increase will be fixed until April 2026 (unless there are subsequent and further changes in need);
This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any offer relating to permanent residents currently operating or to be operated at Templeton Manor between the date of this letter and April 2026.
The following eligibility criteria apply:
A completed permanent resident contract and direct debit mandate must be in place before 31 December 2024 (including any trial period or respite stays converting to permanent residency prior to 31 December 2024);
The resident must be in continuous residence from the date of admission until April 2026 other than temporary absences of less than four weeks at a time
There are no arrears or unpaid fees outstanding for more than 30 days.
To the extent any or all of the above eligibility criteria cease to apply then the offer contained herein shall be withdrawn.
