Charles Knowles

Registered Care Home Manager

Charles is a registered mental health nurse with 17 years of experience in health and social care. He has managed services across the South East of England and has been part of the Nesbit House team since the home opened in 2019, originally managing the home until June 2021. Charles is delighted to return as the Home Manager in June 2024.

Julie Le May

Customer Relations Manager

Julie began her career in the luxury care sector in 2011, working as a Client Relationship Manager for esteemed companies such as Sunrise, Avery and Signature. Drawn to Hamberley’s core values and its warm, family-oriented ethos, Julie appreciates the organisation’s commitment to ensuring every voice is heard. This personalised and holistic approach to care is perfectly reflected in the Homemaker model at Nesbit House, creating a true sense of home for residents and their families. With its stunning design and ideal location, Nesbit House is more than just a care home — it’s a vibrant and welcoming part of the community. As Customer Relations Manager, Julie feels privileged to use her extensive knowledge and experience to support individuals and families in finding the right care solutions. Her passion for her role is evident in her dedication to providing guidance and reassurance throughout the entire journey.
