Customer Relations Manager
Having joined the team at Milngavie Manor in Spring 2024, Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge in care and customer experience to his role. He grew up close to Glasgow and recently returned after 20 years of living and working in the South East of England. As your first port of call, you can rely on Thomas for support and logistical help as you embark on the journey of finding the right care. Providing support and an exceptional level of service is high on Thomas’ list of priorities, along with making time to get to know new residents and their loved ones. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys dog walks in the countryside and spending time with his family and friends, though the majority of his spare time is spent looking after his three horses, who have also relocated to Scotland with him.
“It’s a privilege to support individuals and their families on their care home journey, and doing so at Milngavie Manor is incredibly rewarding. My focus is on providing guidance and reassurance every step of the way, from the very first enquiry to ensuring a warm and seamless welcome into our wonderful home.”
