Emma’s mission is to empower residents to live fulfilling lives in a luxurious and supportive environment. She is also dedicated to keeping Dorking Manor an integral and valued part of the local community, fostering a home filled with warmth, happiness, and connection.

Lesley Loizou is the Customer Relations Manager at Dorking Manor, where she brings 15 years of experience in health and social care, along with a diploma in Nutritional Studies. Lesley has developed a deep passion for creating warm, welcoming environments for residents, having been part of launching several care homes throughout her career. She is committed to supporting families through the entire process, from the initial enquiry to ensuring a smooth and reassuring transition into their new home. Each home and its residents are incredibly special to her, and she takes pride in helping them feel safe and well cared for. Before her career in the care sector, Lesley worked in the technology industry with leading brands such as Canon and Panasonic. Based in Surrey, Lesley is well known by residents for her standout shoe choices, which reflect her fun and caring nature!
