Rex Pudol

Registered Care Home Manager

Rex Pudol is the Home Manager at Cambridge Grove Care Home, bringing over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector. He is proud to lead and commission one of Hamberley’s newest homes, creating an environment that promotes exceptional care and a true sense of community for residents and their families. Before stepping into his managerial role, Rex worked as a Senior Nurse at St Thomas’ Hospital in London, where he gained his qualifications as a Registered General Nurse. During his time there, he developed a wide range of clinical and leadership skills that have been instrumental in his success as a care home manager. Rex is deeply passionate about delivering person-centred care, empowering his team, and ensuring residents can live fulfilling and dignified lives. Known for his approachable and compassionate nature, he strives to build meaningful relationships with residents, their families and his team.

Home Ambassador

Amy is the Home Ambassador at Cambridge Grove Care Home, bringing enthusiasm and a passion for creating a vibrant and fulfilling environment for residents. Originally trained as a teacher, Amy spent many years working in schools before transitioning to the care sector in 2020 as a Lifestyle Coordinator. She thrives on ensuring residents enjoy a happy and engaging experience, from making new friends to rediscovering old hobbies and exploring new interests.

"Throughout my career, I have supported many families in transitioning their loved ones into our care home, providing empathy and guidance every step of the way. I take pride in being a trusted source of comfort during this important life transition, ensuring residents and their families feel welcomed and secure.
