Registered Care Home Manager
A registered nurse, Emma came to Caddington Grove as the Clinical Lead and was promoted to Home Manager in October 2022. With a Diploma in Adult Nursing with over 15 years experience, Emma led teams in the acute and primary sector before joining Hamberley. A skilled people manager, Emma enjoys recruiting and leading dedicated and skilled teams to provide outstanding care. Outside of her professional life, Emma loves Christmas - and if it were up to her, the Christmas decorations would be up in July! Emma enjoys every moment spent with her children and extended family.

Customer Relations Manager
Amba Shaw is the Customer Relations Manager at Caddington Grove. Although she holds a degree in Law, Amba chose to follow her passion for Marketing. With 9 years of experience in the Care Sector, she has honed her expertise in Sales and Marketing. Amba is dedicated to providing exceptional support to both residents and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Outside of work, she is an avid football fan and a lifelong Arsenal supporter!
