Our carefully designed home is rated as 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission in the areas of Caring, Responsive and Effective. They noted at that time that there were areas for improvement in Safe and Well-Led, and after that report in March 2023 we took immediate action to rectify any concerns. We await a further inspection from them to ratify this but, in the meantime, have continued to carry out our own regular audits ensuring our service meets the expectations of both our residents and their families.
